Tamworth Wind Band Play Day
Saturday, 14 March 2026.
We’re excited to welcome musicians for a full day of music-making from 10am to 4pm at Higham Lane School, Nuneaton (CV10 0BJ).
Throughout the day, we’ll be working on an enjoyable and varied programme, including Global Variations and music from Star Wars. Whether you’re joining us to challenge yourself, meet new players, or simply enjoy a great day of ensemble playing, there’ll be plenty to look forward to.
The cost to take part is £10, and a payment link will be sent to you ahead of the event.

Summer 2026
Tamworth Wind Band will be bringing the bandstand to life on Saturday, 20 June 2026, with a lively open‑air performance from 1pm to 3pm.
Join us at Tamworth Bandstand for two hours of great music, a fantastic atmosphere, and the perfect excuse to enjoy an afternoon in the park. Bring friends, family, or simply yourself, it’s a wonderful way to spend a summer Saturday.
Winter 2026
Join us for Tamworth Wind Band’s annual Christmas Concert at St Paul’s Church, Fazeley, on Saturday, 28th November, starting at 7pm.
This much‑loved festive evening brings together seasonal favourites, uplifting Christmas music, and the warm, atmospheric setting of St Paul’s, the perfect way to begin the celebrations.
And the festive spirit doesn’t stop there. Throughout December, we’ll also be out in the community playing your favourite Christmas carols:
- Saturday, 5th December – Ankerside Shopping Centre
- Tuesday, 8th December – The Railway Inn, Shenstone
- Tuesday, 15th December – The Turnpike, Lichfield
